Ok wtf are these holes?

I’m assuming they are factory but for the life of me I can’t fiigure out why they are there.

The roof is bolted on. Look inside you will see nuts.

Weird I’ve never noticed those before. Snapped a pic of my panel. Its a little different but same use i guess.
