Steal floor repair???

Hey guys I just got my 72 project home today(sorry no pics)and it needs a little work but not much. Rockers, cab mounts and paint. Its in great shape for the territory.. Any way I was wondering about repairing the bed floor and the best way to do it??? Its steel and their is a few small holes starting to show. I have a good mig-welder and was wondering if you can buy floor patch panels or if I'll have to make the panels myself???? Any help would be great. Ill send pics when i get a digi-camera
