Disc Brake questions
Guys I have a couple of questions in regards to disc brake conversions. Today me and my dad picked up a complete 5 lug disc brake off a 71 truck.
- My question I believe the guy said it came off a 3/4 ton or 1 ton truck , BUT its a 5 lug , arent all 5 lug disc brakes from 71-72 off 1/2 ton trucks ? If it did come out of a 3/4 or 1 ton will it fit my C10 ? - It came with everything needed minus the master cyclinder. What other parts will I need to properly install these on my 68 C/10 , to convert from 6 lug drum , to 5 lug disc. Will I only need the tie rod ends ?
