project Daisycutter update.....468 cubes of motorvation!!!

Brought the 468 home today from the engine builders. I threw that Offy t-ram base on there to cover up the lifter valley, but those are the valvecovers I'm going to use.
Getting closer......

The exterior dimensions of a 383 are exactly the same as a 350, because a 383 is basically a 350 block with a 400 crank. Hope that helps.

My brother-in-law is in the oil and gas business, so I always tell him I'm helping to pay his mortgage!
Actually, when I get Daisycutter finished up, I'm going to put a TPI set-up on the 383 and swap it into my '93 ext'ed cab.

Thanks Yukon Jack. They're Mickey Thompsons with Offy breathers...powdercoated wrinkle black with polished fins. They've got that retro look that I'm going after for the whole project.
