seat frame
Board member Crotalus aka Desert Rat has a frame for sale in his post on board. He lives in AZ. and frame may be too large to ship but someone might be able to work something out with him. He has had good parts in past and was a very active board member at one time.

HMMM it doesn't say it doesn't have a seat frame it says it doesnt have the seat risers which i believe are the same adjustable tracks that are found on bench seats at least that's the way i read the text of the ad

how much is one worth that has the frame on it? I had thought about taking it out of my truck, (because they are so cold in the winter time) but now I'm not sure if I want to do that..

Here is what i don't understand, if i've read correctly, bench seats were not an option untill 69? am i right. if so what web site or book will justify a stock bucket seat in a 68. I thought bench was the only option in 67 and 68

Bucket seats were an option for all years. 1967 thru 1972 Bench seats were standard with the option for upgrade on the seat covering material. The 67 and 68 bucket seats had a fold down center buddy seat as seen in the ebay auction. The 69 thru 72 buckets came installed with a console between the seats. The mounting frame for the early 67 68 buckets is different than the mounting frame for the standard bench.
