Re: front coil help

Try a set of C20 coils. They might get you close to level.

Re: front coil help

Hmm, maybe a C30 coil then. I'm not much of an expert on lifting them. Ask me how to lower and I got ya covered.

Re: front coil help

Install a 2" shackel. The rear is 2" higher from the factory. Shackels are cheap. You could also flip the front hanger. Flipping the front hanger may drop it more than 2".

Re: front coil help

I think a 1ton/diesel front coils would bring the front up if you have a gas 350..

My 1/2ton 2wd sat level with only 1ton front coils.

Also... you do not want to put a 2" spacer on the front coils. Due to geometry all you need is about a 3/4"-1" spacer to get 2-2.5" of lift.

No drop the rear. It's easier.

Re: front coil help

put heavy duty 1 ton coil springs with a 1 inch spacer. worse case scenario you need to add a block in back...

to be honest just buy 1 ton coils while you have the springs out.... still put the spacer in, besides that just be careful with coil springs.

Re: front coil help

because they have a higher spring rate and it will make the truck sit taller.

Re: front coil help

"Lifting" a 2wd truck is not as easy as it has been made to sound. There is only so much "droop" travel in the front suspension to begin with and adding coils spacers w/o taking this travel limit into account is a problem. I wouldn't bet on the 1 ton springs doing much more than making the ride unbearable.

You really are better off to lower the rear to match the front with the new "stock" coils up front.
