Dash Pad Removal
Hi.
I'm trying to remove my dashpad. It is stuck on the passenger side. I understand there are two "clips" under there on each side of the speaker-grate? It isn't coming out, and if I use anymore force I believe the dashpad is going to break in half. Something has already broken and fallen on the floor (looks like a plastic screw with threading on each end) and I have heard other snaps. Just what am I supposed to reach under and unscrew/disconnect before trying to pull it up and out? Thank you. IDahoMAn |

Re: Dash Pad Removal
Did you pull the a/c ducts off and did you remove the screw on the right side close to the door jam.

There is no screw there on my truck. Where it seems to be stuck is on each side of the right speaker grating at the base of the windsheild. |

Re: Dash Pad Removal
When you have all of the screws out the edge under the emblem should raise up with no effort at all. You have the gauge bezel removed and (I think) 4 screws from the passenger's side bottom edge, plus one in each door jam?
