72 tilt column b/u light connection
Hi everybody. I have a 72 tilt column in my 65 Suburban, and I want to hook my aftermarket backup lights to the nsw but there are no open terminals on the switch to hook to. Can someone help me with this? Thanks

Re: 72 tilt column b/u light connection
Did you look at a schematic? They are in the FSM.
The Dark Green (75) is the feed from the fuse block and the Light Green (24) is the switched output to the locally grounded lamps.

Is that a manual NSS? If so just change it out with an auto switch and be good to go.

Re: 72 tilt column b/u light connection
I believe it's an auto nss. I had the column put in about 17 years ago. My backup lights are units I bought at Autozone and are run off of a rocker switch on the dash.

I agree with Tim, the greens are what you use
