Re: Under the dash heater?

Currently installing Vintage ac/heat in my Suburban, done it before on several vehicles, nice stuff, fits great and works great. This is the first time I am using the factory GM compressor that came with my TBI engine and Vintage Air has an adapter to fit the compressor. No pic yet.

Re: Under the dash heater?

Yeah that's the problem I don't want a vintage ac system. Just a heater with a core under the dash.

Re: Under the dash heater?

Have you considered using a '60-'63 recirculating heater?

Re: Under the dash heater?

thusly?

mines an HVAC from an s10 and technically I patched in the section of firewall to let this happen, but still answers the letter of what you are asking. it worked so well I am going to do the same thing with my 49.

If I read that rite, all that needs to be added is compressor and condenser. If so that's cheap enough for AC .
