Replacing vent glass question....
How do you remove the old glass from the vent window frame? I need to rechrome the frame then install new glass. Any help on removing or installing the vent glass would be nice. I have new glass setting rubber tape or whatever you call it. Thanks

Re: Replacing vent glass question....
I wet the glass/rubber down with a soap solution and then pull the glass out starting at the top. Sometimes I have had to pry the glass out out using a smooth screw driver with rounded edges to get the glass started out.
On installing the glass I apply the tape to the glass, soap it down and then pound it into the frame with a rubber hammer. Jim
