Two years ago I was going to change my timing chain…..then it snowballed into a complete rebuild.

The troubles I had and the things I’ve learned along the way made it all worthwhile and fun.
I’m giving everyone a big thanks for all the help along the way.

And a few pictures too.

Does it look stock?

everything that unbolts is powder coated or painted. (even the fuel line.

Those valve covers are trick - your hard work looks like it paid off. Very nice (and no it doen't look stock)

It from SMI its fully calibrated for my application too.
I only have the stock air cleaner, finding one that isn't chrome is almost as hard as finding a not chrome timing cover!

The vacuum lines are going to the charcoal canister. I’m on the fence if I want to keep it or not.
Runs great had a little issue with it not wanting to idle, turned out to be a vacuum leak.

Yeah, the canister must go.

It should go without saying though, that's it's your truck, do as you please

I know you`ve been around the world with this engine.I knew it would be one fine one when you got it done.so,I`m not surprised at all...sorry.
