motor mounts for sbc 350
In your opinion what would be better to run for motor mounts in my 62 C10. I have a set of mounts for a SBC 350 from a 67-72 C10 as well as the mounts off an 1984 C10. I'm doing the front cross member swap with the 1984 C10 front end, so would it be better to use the 84 motor mounts or go with the earlier since I know a lot of guys are running those mounts with a 1" spacer to lift it off the frame. Any tips or advice would be amazing!

Re: motor mounts for sbc 350
The 67-72 motor mounts worked great on my 61. 1" spacer at the top of the frame and pretty easy. Plug and play...

Re: motor mounts for sbc 350
In my opinion the '73+ engine mounts are a much better design. However the C20/30 frame brackets would be a better fit to your '62 frame. They will still require a spacer, but not as tall of one.
