How do i change this vacumn actuator mount on heat/defrost control

The little white plastic mount that screws to the heat/defrost door is broken.It will not close the door all the way to direct air to defrost vents.How much trouble is it to change.

Once you can see and touch it, the only issue is that pin. On mine, it was a PITA to get out.

Sometimes you can find good one in pull-a-part places in newer trucks and Suburbans. Even though the look of the AC system changed, that part stayed the same for many years after 87. That pin is still a PITA in the newer ones as well.
