It's the bracket under the cab frame brackets. It gets welded on the front of the ds front spring shackle to keep the spring in place if the spring or spring bolt should brake.

The cables have two different part numbers. So I would guess they are different.

There OEM GM driver quality. Some scratches but nothing really bad.
