'03 Tahoe Windshield Wiper Switch

Since it doesn't rain much here in Tucson, I don't think about the Wipers operation much. We had a hell of a storm Friday, and I noted that while the Wipers have about 6 or 7 notches for intensity, only the highest one works.
While that was the right setting for that gullywasher, moderate and interval wiping would be good. Wiper blades are about shot, too. I thought I replaced them in March, but maybe not.
Also there's a hole in the washer fluid reservoir.

I looked at the Switch Assembly on RockAuto. About 50 or 60 bucks. Brights - High/Low, and Cruise Control are also involved.

Does the Steering Wheel have to come off to access this switch?

No steering wheel removal required. Separate the two plastic halves and there you go. You can YouTube multifunction switch removal.

Re: '03 Tahoe Windshield Wiper Switch

So, while watching some YouTube videos, I saw some models with a Windshield Wiper Delay. Is that switch drop-in-able to my '03?

[EDIT] OK. Never Mind.
Looking at a catalog, I see what I was looking at was a Rear Wiper control. Since mine has Barn Doors, I have no Rear Wiper.
