Never knock the rattle can until you try it. I love them too.
Its looking great. the truck must REALLY smell like raw fish now, with all the rusty metal primer you've sprayed on it. |

I had heard primer absorbs moisture also.
But I think this rattle can job looks pretty nice. Question. If the primer absorbs moisture, what will that cause? Let say you primer your ride, cruise it for a year, and then decide to do a full out paint job. Would you have to strip it back down to bare metal all over to get a long lasting quality paint job? Anyway, nice truck man. I wouldn't call it Rust Primer. Call it the suede look.
