20 footer....

The truck looks atleast half decent now from 20 ft. since I got the outside all one color !!! Rustoleums Rusty Metal Primer spray bomb'd .... I figure it'll be that color for couple years till' I collect all the sheetmetal I need and go into that phase of the build up...

It must have smelt a lot like raw fish while it was drying. Looks great, definately gives the truck some attitude.

I agree, we're going to need some better pics than that. Looks like you've got bucket seats?

Don't forget that your primer will absorb moisture, but you already knew that.

Re: 20 footer....

Thanks for all the compliments guys !!! Trust me though .. the crappy camera makes the truck look better than it is ..... yesterday I started to tape off where I'm gonna cut the bed sides out to replace , did a little sheetmetal patching on the floor and started to fill in the trim holes (and extra PO holes) on driverside fender and cab.....

Re: 20 footer....

Busy day today......taped up the inside of the windows this morning and sprayed the inside of the cab in my favorite color !! put some of my dash back together .... gauge cluster is just sitting in till I get a dashpad and get it in then I can finish it up... made an aluminum plate to cover radio hole and some other PO holes in dash (it will be future home of toggles for fuel pump , fan and other stuff) .. then I tore the driverside door down for painting and sprayed it , the door panel and installed new window crank..... needs new door handle and armrest yet.....pass. side will have to wait for another day... tired now !!
