Re: Solid Piece Glass
Hmm I wonder if he forgot to cut down or replace 2 of the hinge bolts for clearance of the front channel assembly..... Seems I remember reading about having to do that other-wise it wouldn't work properly.

Re: Solid Piece Glass
Captkaos ,it's afreind of mines truck and he put away for the winter.I used the short bolts and I even ground the nuts on the inside of the doors, the doors are gm factory doors I just was not able to adjust the mechanism enough to get it all the way down it was either to tight at the front going down or to far bacck at the top and there was a gap at the front lower corner of the window. Like I said earlier it seems as though they glued the rollers onthe windows in the wrong spot on the glass Igot it good as i dared to mess with for fear of dinging the out side of the doors this truck has a real fire paint job on it and I was not wanting to start banging ond grinding on the doors. He's pretty happy with it as is aand hardly ever drives the truck anyways so hes ok with them only rolling down 3/4 of the way.

Re: Solid Piece Glass
Ok, just figured I would throw that out there, if you needed it. You could call Ben also. I guess if he is happy though everything is ok.
