lyrikz,,,, sounds like you may need to drain you compressor tank as well.. remember to oil the pneumatic tools, about 4 - 6 drops to keep the seals in good shape.

WEll, not much water in teh compressor at all, i do drain it... Its weird, the water trap, or seperator i have doesnt get any water in it.. Its hooked RIGHT to the compressor... Should i run it different.. Put the water catch further down the line???

Yeah, the water separator should be down line. The condensation develops when the air cools, and it is still usually pretty warm right out of the compressor. I thinh 8-12 feet should be enough.
