Mark - I don't want to separate them from the cab just yet. Thanks for asking.

Here's some pictures of the bed floor, inner tubs and end gate. Definitely some bumps and bruises but ZERO ROT! I think the bed floor could be strightened fairly easily and then a coat of liner thrown on it to cover the little imperfections.
