Re: Found one!!!

I think it's a very nice truck, with lots of potential, at a fair, but not great price. However, if that's what I was looking for, I would jump on it. Personally, I love black trucks - I have an original black '67 shortbed myself, that I probably overpaid for, but I love it.

It seems to be missing some essential components.

Yeah the engine and transmission have been pulled out but will come with the truck. Engine is a 350 (4 bolt mains). The transmission is an automatic but of what variety, I'm not sure (it is stock though).

Re: Found one!!!

Looks like a decent deal. I'd like to see the glove box label. I see it has Cheyenne fender badges, but it doesn't look like it has wood grain on the lower mouldings. Also it has the "Super" dash bezel & glove box trim.

Re: Found one!!!

I don't know where you guys are from, that's an honest to goodness STEAL! You don't find 'em that straight.

If there's lots of bondo and fiberglass and rust under windsheild rubber, inner rockers, kick panel, then I reverse my previous comments.

But if not, that is positively worth it. With some smart choices, you could drive it for a couple years, and still turn a profit!
