I would add to look for trucks more than 30 miles from the coast - the cool high humidity rusts stuff out around here faster than you would think, just not in the same places as the east coast.

I would look for a 71 or 72. That way you would get power disc brakes & gas pedal with the cable set up. More likely to find factory air and tilt wheel on the later models. Most of the GMC's seem to have more factory options on them.

X2, and you can always swap the 67-68 front clip on a 71-72 if you prefer that look.
