Replacing Front u joint
What do i have to undo to replace front u joint on 69 Chevy C10 307 with a R700? Is it enough to just unbolt the center drive shaft support and the front part of the drive shaft will slide far enough up on the front spline of the rear drive shaft so the front yoke will come out of the transmission or do I have to remove the entire drive shaft?

if you dont mark the shafts first you wlii end up with a vibration in the shafts and ruin the carrier. its best to replace all your U-joins as well as the carrier while you have it out just my $.02
