In 2005 GM celebrated 80 years in Brasil, so they went driving 3 Brasil trucks until the US Detroit GM Museun. see more in this link:

Hi guys.... what do you think about the West Coast Jr mirrors, i m thinking about them, my cousim will be at Orlando next month and i will ask him to bring to me.. the other option is the 'peep'' mirror ?!?!?!?

hi everybody, it s a long time since i post the last time. I spent a year in UK working for my company, so now i return to Brasil and started the project again. We change the gear box for NV 3500 from a S10, and the problem is that it has an electronic speed sensor and my speedometer is original , just like yours 55-59. So, any way to make it work together , or any change that i must do, or any speedometer,like Autometer or VDO that i cam use??

the tail shaft and housing is the same for the electronic and the mechanical speedometer
according to wikipedia the nv3500 was used in 93 to 03 s10 truck,
you should be able to find a mechanical gear set in the older trucks

pull the tailshaft housing off, remove the reluctor ring and install a drive gear on the tail shaft
pull the plug out of the housing and install the driven gear housing for the speedo cable drive.
the problem i see is getting the correct drive and driven set for the 59 speedo
there are 3 to 5 drive gears and many driven gears for most gm transmissions
without doing some serious research you might have to install a set and figure out where you stand with the ratio and then get the correct gears from that

and then i saw the 59 dash and totally redesigned front clip, on what looks like an AD cab
