I would fix a rusted out cab over that chopped one any day....that cab is "mint"....my cab was much worse... but I would start by having it blasted first that way you can see where the good metal is before cutting, and it's easier to weld/work with...

yeah, that's the one I had thought you were talking about, but you still have to weld on the outer rocker. I have never worked on that area of the windshield, so I am at a loss to recommendations how to fix
