My 69 did not some with the rear view mirror option. I eventually ordered one from the local Chevy dealer. It looks exactly like the one in your picture, I still have the receipt from June 6, 1974. The mirror does not have the number stamped as in your picture but does have the other stamped info. The clincher is that the receipt shows the same part numbers as shown in your picture of the parts book. The mirror is BLACK. Damn thing cost $10.00!!!!
