Man that video had way too much screen time with a dude and far too little screen time with the trucks.


Also, I find a lot of the older advertisements are centered around middle age and older folks. The guy at 4:18 looked like he could be a 25 year old hippie.
I'm jealous that to "keep up with the joneses" in 1971 was to afford a $4k truck.

Today I gotta bring home a $101k truck if I wanna impress the neighborhood.

I wonder what they would think if they could fast forward 54 years to this forum and see how these trucks still have such a rabid following. I bet it would be comforting to them. I know it would be to me.
