That’s not a bad price for that truck. I think the market is pretty flat right now. Maybe next spring will be better

All I know is it’s what I’m assuming is a factory 12 bolt? And it cooks my passenger side wheel under the most mild amount of throttle… the ol one tire fryer.

Gotta research all that alittle more on what would be best for my application but in the meantime here’s how the trucks lookin now.
The truck looks good. I have a 3.73 posi in mine and the LS1 will roast the tires at will.

I surprised that you had no interest. I sell a lot of things on FB Marketplace and it's a crazy place. An item will sit forever, and then all of a sudden I will get inundated with inquiries.

Nice progress on the truck. I'm gathering parts and pieces for some upgrades on the 69 this winter.

UPDATE:

After not touchin this thing all winter, decided spring is just around the corner so I gotta at least tackle this engine bay. Lots of rusty bolts and loud noises in the garage today.

I wonder how long those leaves been in there….

That is one of the memories I have of my Grandpa's truck.

First warm day after the winter months, We would take a Road trip.
He would open those vents on the kick panels and leaves would swirl around the inside of the cab.

Well, here goes nothin. The start of cleaning up this wiring job from the previous owner.

I promise I’m only slightly intimidated by this absolute rats nest of wiring behind the motor..

Re: 1969 C10 Project “Nosejob”

Harness out, fresh coat of paint on some of these engine bay parts and the inside of the hood. Now onto re-wiring this thing.

Once I figure out how I’m going to route the harness back into the bay from inside the cab, I’m gonna start prepping the firewall. Fill some holes, more sound deadening, and a fresh coat of paint as well.
