Anyone remove/replace their stock mirrors - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I removed the dumbo ears off my '83. Currently sport some cheap Pep Boys plastic. I want metal. I've looked at these 70-81 Camaro's but they don't fit. The inside tear drop hits the window.

These wont fit either. Found on Camar's and Monte Carlos SSs.

Anyone have other mirrors that fit our trucks? I want metal with no pivoting head. I just want the glass to move and the head to be nonmovable.

Any suggestions on mirrors from foreign, imports or other vehicles?
