im back home in so-cal.....whats step 1?

ok....first off, my D.L is gone till i pay off my 4 speeding tickets...{3K}
ill be making payments on them.... so anyways, im back home in so-cal... i just got a new job i block from my house....and i need to have my truck ready to go when i get my D.L back....

i want to

slam it
chevy truck rally wheels, or chrome iroc's
2nd gas tank
1 piece window
roll pan
floor shifter


so, since you guys have more smarts then i do when it comes to these trucks.......where is the best place to start?



the frame off is no longer an option.....but its a california truck, so it doesnt really need one, also this truck will be my DD..the way its supposed to be
