no spark in 47
I am having troubles with 47 chev truck, I am new at working on something this old so maybe I am doing something wrong,please help.
I am trying to get old truck started, its a straight 6 cylinder. it has a starter button on the floor; turns over strong, I checked wire coming from key to coil and it reads 6 volts,I ran a new ground wire from coil,so thats good,I put a new coil and coil wire on,but I still do not get spark.
