Breaks and cab bolt question
I have a 1980 K10 that I just tore down, and am putting it back together. I was trying to bleed my breaks today, and the rear ones where not doing anything, so I got one of the rear drums off, and went to take the other one off and it will not release from the axle. What is the best way of removing a stuck break drum? I tried to use a hammer, and even a 10lb sledge hammer, and still nothing. Will applying heat work?
Where can I buy new cab bolts? I had to cut one when I removed the cab, and now I need a new one, but I would like to be able to replace all of the bolts (Core support, Cab, and bed) Does anyone know where to get new ones? Thanks, Matt
