Help With 283 Specs

The 283 in my 67 stepper has about 400 miles on it since the rebuild. I know some of the specs from the PO. Can't find build sheets in all the papers and the machine shop closed when the owner retired. Trying to figure out some of the details without digging really deep into it.

The PO said to run 91 octane gas. Was told the heads are the "fuelie" 58 cc heads. I don't have any numbers off the heads but it would be easy to pull a valve cover for numbers. I did a vacuum test at idle and it was 16" lbs. Not sure if this would be expected with a RV cam? Also, would there be a way to check the overall compression ratio?

Here are the details I know.

283 block #3849852
Bored 0.40 over
RV cam (Not sure specs on cam)

Thanks
