My 68 "Bessie" Underwent Surgery Today!

What I thought was a 2 hour job ended up taking 5 hours...

I managed to break a shock mount stud but luckily had an extra, and the u bolts took over an hour to remove!!

I guess you just never know what you'll run into working on these old trucks

I used Western Chassis 4/6 coils and shocks, and an ECE panhard bar.

The first picture is when I purchased the truck. Before/After

The tire sizes are 225/70/15 & 235/75/15

I'm hoping the fronts will settle a little more!

I guess she's not too bad for a little shop truck!
