Loud squealing sound!? Help please

Spidermn, I put a bead across every louver two days ago. Plan to reinstall the grille this weekend.
BTW, did you buy your grille blacked out or did you paint over the chrome? I am thinking about blackout chrome my entire front grille. purchased at LMC 3 yrs ago and it has rust around headlight as well as the top and bottom lip/pan under hood and behind bumper.
I have been looking at the "Rust-Oleum Automotive Blackout Chrome Spray Paint Kit".

Know anyone that has ever used this product? Hate to get into it and have it flake off etc.
