Thumbs up PONTIAC in Chevy pic

I tried takin a pic of the motor mounts, but it didn't come out, and since I am using the old 35mm, I won't get to retry till this weekend. However, here is the pic of the whole engine compartment.
OLDCHEV's friend, Jeff is a Pontiac fanatic, and said he looked at the numbers and off the top of his head believes it is a 350.
I know it has a tiny @ss 2 barrel carb, HEI, int. Reg. alt. on it, and lots of slime and oil on top of an almost ford lookin blue paint.
It looks like it was almost a bolt in afair, althoguh it does seem to sit a little higher than a Chevy small block.
After some research, i find the Pontiac 350 is actually a good motor for a truck. I do not remember the actual measurements, but I know it has the longest stroke of all G.M.'s 350 motors, which makes it a natural for high torque. I'm still putting it into the GMC and selling it though.

I've been dubbed the Longhorn Freak/Fanatic/Expert, I just hope I can live up to it.
FINALLY got the HORNIAC...a '70 one ton Longhorn with a Pontiac 350/350 and lots of 'personality'. Check out The Longhorn Webite.
