And the saga continues (longhorn update) ...with pics!

Ok....some of you have followed along the last 3 1/2 years since I got the one ton, and decided to do a caddy big block.
Many ppl supported me, some called me an idiot, and I actually got some hate e-mail on it. (no joke)
Well, even if you haven't been here since longhorn day one... most all of you know that the 425 I installed fragged the second day it was on the road. Very depressing.
Well....tonight, I am pickin up the replacement engine.
bigger...
better...
A caddy 500.
I'll be stayin up all night saturday at the shop workin on the engine, ( ) cleaning it up, doin some of this, doin some of that, checkin the bearings....that kind of crap.
Then, in 2 weeks, I plan on doin the engine swap.


And....with any luck...I'll be rippin up the rear tires shortly after that.
