too much rust?

I started the teardown on my 67 to rebuild, here are pics of the rust I found. Is this cab too far gone to fix? The floor supports look solid. There is also a large dent in the rear of the cab where the bed has hit it at sometime. I am also going to be converting this to factory air. The reason I want to save this cab is because the cab matches the frame & I have a good title in my name.

Also the PO cut up the trailing arm crossmember for some reason.

Let me know what ya think....

Thanks
