It'll be either white/blue like the first rendering in this thread, or replace the blue with dark green and the white with silver.

Update on the hidden hinges: It's not as simple as I thought... I've determined that in order to use a single point (conventional) hinge I'll have to shave the rear drip rail. You just can't put the fulcrum high and aft enough to clear it. It doesn't matter what the rest of the hinge looks like, if it's a single point hinge the arch is fixed around the fulcrum, and this determines the hatch motion.

The other option is to use a compound hinge like Sachse Rod Shop makes. This would move the virtual fulcrum to the outside of the panels providing the correct arch for the hatch motion.

I made up some simple drawings to help illustrate this. The compound hinge diagram is exaggerated, but shows basically what a virtual fulcrum looks like:
