Mstokes, I've used POR-15 and I believe it'll take a little more than a pint to do a frame. ( could be close though).. If you have leftover material to store, at a minimum place several layers of plastic wrap bewteen the lid and the can before you seal it, or the best strategy is to dump the balance of the POR-15 into a smaller jar that has a good sealing lid. This way the least amount of air will be in the container.
I've saved POR-15 after opening the container for over a year, but I had to skim some hardened material off of the ttop after opening the container. 67chevelle
