With coils, you end up with negative camber and a lot of shims have to be used to get it back right. This in turn pushes out the wheel and would probably hit the fender lip. But again, I think 3" spindles will be OK. You will probably need to do a little grinding on the lower control arm though. Your 15" wheels are going to rub.

remember how i told you my passanger tires stick out more then my drivers side tires? well i remember that when i got my truck aligned they put about 3 new shims in the pass. side and none in the drivers side.
could that be the reason that tire sticks out so much more? and i still dont know about the back though
