Cab glass removal

Well, the cab is getting close to coming off. I'm wondering about the windsheild and back glass (solid). How easy are these peices to remove and does it require the special tool to remove them? If I wanted to ensure that the glass doesn't get broken, should I just pay a company to come take them out?

On the windsheild, the passenger corner is fogged up and I'm wondering if this can be polished out or if I'm going to need to buy a new windshield anyway.

TIA
Mike
