Possible California Smog Legislation

For any of you members that live in California, read this legislation! The 30year smog exemption could be changed to 45 years! I have attatched a link that will take you to the California State Senate website and you can click on the PDF file to view the legislation. If you need info. on how to contact someone to voice your opinion, I would be glad to give you the info. I will post that information later as time permits. I have been in contact with Rep. Tom McClintock and he has been very informative and fast with replies to me on this. His views express his displeasure with this legislation. The bill number is SB 708 should the link not work.
