First Paint job and body work

Not sure were to put this... please move if it is not correct.

Well I start to redo my 1993 K1500. I needed to do some corners and rear wheel arches. I never painted before.... what do you think, recomend?

the bed rails were in bad shape so I sanded them down and painted grey. I wish I had the red paint but it cost $50 a pint. So I went with the cheaper grey. I am thinking to put a black stripe down the front fenders and end it at the cab. Maybe put some roll on bed liner on the bed rail. Please be honest and let me know how you think this looks... I have mix emotions on the grey bed...
