wheel backspace/offset for 17x8 - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I am getting ready to get in trouble with Big Boss. Looking for backspace information for a 17x8 wheel for my 2WD Blazer. What are you guys running for tire size, and wheel offset/backspace. I am thinking that I want to run the same size tire and wheel all round, but could be swayed. When done with the suspension, which I want to be spring/shock or coil over, I want my Blazer to sit level. Currently it looks pretty bad.
30 1/2" at top of rear wheel arch
28" at top of front wheel arch
