700 R4 help
Looking for help.
Planning on installing a 700 R4 in my '61 GMC to a 283. I have found one from a 1994 Chevy truck with 60,000 miles on it. Owner says it is not electrinic, has the kick down cable, and was working fine whwn removed. He wants $400.00 for it. Is this the correct transmission to install and do you think the price is good?
