Transmission Crossmember & Motor Mounts

Tyler's truck was originally a 6 cylinder with a 3 on the column. It was converted to a SB 350 and 350 Auto. The crossmember job was horrible and I'm needing to fix it. Any specific suggestions, or examples of what others have done? Is there a standard swap that works?

Also, it looks like the PO welded in some motor mounts kinda poorly, and it also looks like he used 2 left hand mounts because one of them is directly reversed from the other. Same question, is there a standard swap for this?

Any help would be appreciated.
