1980 Sierra Dually

Yes hello everyone im kinda new here i have a few questions
first im going to pick up my single cab dually on saturday so will have pics up shortly after

1st question the truck has a 454 BB with a cracked head or blown head gasket so the owner says here is the thing i got the truck for almost dirt 350$so i was thinking of maybe going either cummins or duramax dont know exactly what gen yet on either one?

2nd where can i find a lift kit for these trucks? ive been looking ALL over and cant seem to find anything

3rd What size tires and wheels should i run? i want to go at least 35's so how much lift do i need?
