Question Need tips for replacing steering wheel

Never done it before.

I have a Camaro wheel on it now, and just doesn't match the truck. So I scored a $15 original black GMC wheel off the board here, and refinished it!

I bought a puller (excuse to buy new tools) and I'm ready to put the new (old) wheel on, but would like to know a few things.

Do I have to replace any bolts/nuts/screws when replacing the wheel?
And how to I get the Camaro wheel off? Just pry off the horn cap and pull it off?

Thanks!
