Exhaust manifold...HELP

So, I drove the truck 8 hours to visit my parents last Thurs. in Bowling Green, KY...the truck was running hot (235-240) most of the way (as well as running really poorly below 2000rpm), but I had to tough it out. When I got there, I discovered a leak in the gasket between the intake manifold and exhaust manifold, took them off the motor just fine, but broke all 3 bolts that hold the manifolds together.

Without a drill press, I decided the best thing to do was take it to a mechanic...2 days later (and me missing a day of work because I was stuck in KY) he got 1 bolt out, and drilled through the manifold in the other two locations...told me to put a threaded rod in, with a nut inside the manifold to hold them together so I could get home...BUT, he didn't line the holes up when he drilled it, so one hole is about a half inch from where it would need to be...done deal, right? I need a new (different) exhaust manifold...borrowed my mom's car and drove all night last night to get to work this morning...

Where can I find an exhaust manifold??? Not having an easy time locating one in Bowling Green, KY or western NC...your help is appreciated as I hope to return to get the truck up and running Easter weekend, so I can return my moms car and bring my truck home.

Thanks in advance,
